Depending on the features used, MuCloud may collect business contact information, organization details, login information, account configuration, support communications and operational records entered by authorized users, such as order references, production status, inventory activity and fulfillment events.
2. Payment information
Payment information is processed by the payment provider. MuCloud does not intentionally store full payment card numbers or Alipay account credentials on its own servers.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to provide and maintain the service, activate accounts, manage customer access, provide support, secure accounts, prevent abuse, improve reliability and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Service providers
Information may be shared with vendors that help operate the service, such as hosting, monitoring, support and payment providers, only as reasonably necessary for those services.
